The Research on the Enterprise Accounting Process Reengineering Based on the ERP Environment

Abstract—In recent years, due to the continuous development of enterprise financial systems and information technology, the ERP management system of many enterprises in China has been well developed; its application has become increasingly widespread. The ERP management system integrates logistics, enterprise cash flow and information flow to achieve the only source of data; it can be shared and used across the enterprise's sectors to make enterprise's resources more systematic and more comprehensive planning and control. But the success rate of ERP in our country is not very satisfactory. Study found that the reason of the low success rate of the ERP implementing is that business process reengineering and ERP system cannot be well integrated with each other. This article first introduced the concepts of the ERP system and business process reengineering. Subsequently the article analyzed the necessity and the principles of the accounting process reengineering environment based on the ERP management system, and the idea of business process reengineering. Finally, the article gave the useful suggestions which hoped to improve the efficiency of ERP management system applications; it has positive help and contributions for the theory and the practice of accounting process reengineering in our country.
