The challenge of training new architects: an ontological and reinforcement-learning methodology

Abstract
This paper describes the importance of newskilled architects in the discipline of Software andEnterprise Architecture. Architects are often idealized assuper heroes with a lot of qualities that are very infrequentin contemporary people. The Enterprise/Software Architectrole could be assumed by a group of people able to managethe qualities needed by the role. But, a group or a singleperson must be taught and skilled for the discipline bytraining them using new learning methodologies or even bytraditional university classes. In order to improve theprocess of becoming a new architect we propose a newmethodology based on synergic ontological structures andreinforcement learning that aids in the education process fornew skilled architects.
