QoS-aware SaaS Services Selection with Interval Numbers for Group User

Abstract
The integration of SaaS service for group user incloud is challenging, notably because the service’s QoS andmember’s personalization QoS preference in group areuncertain. This is a timely and importance problem with theadvent of the SaaS model of service delivery. Therefore,before the SaaS service been utilized, the service alternativesmust be ranked for group user based on services’ QoS andQoS preference expressed by interval numbers. So, QoSawareSaaS services selection with interval numbers forgroup user (QSSSIN_GU) is proposed, in order to identifythe pros and cons of alternatives. This approach can obtainthe group optimal service when the member’s QoSpreference in group is personalized and the QoS of servicealternatives expressed by interval numbers. Finally, fourexperiments are given to demonstrate the benefits andeffectiveness of QoS-aware SaaS services selection withinterval numbers for group user. That is a feasible andsupplementary manner in selecting the SaaS services forgroup user with interval numbers.
