Abstract—Education assessment is one of important measures that will be to ensure and continuously improve the educational level and educational quality. A fractional order model method for education evaluation is proposed in this paper. Improved fractional Basset force model is referred to constitute the complex education evaluation model. The detailed descriptions are displayed through building block diagram. An algorithm for linear fractional order systems is described. The fractional evaluation model is composed of fractional order and common coefficient. Model parameters can be determined by a large number of actual data and mathematical statistics method. The proposed model was applied to actual course evaluation work of Capital Normal University. The practicability and effectiveness of the method have been validated.
