Requirements Engineering for a Matching Algorithm to Use in Hospital Networks

Abstract—This paper shows the opportunity to optimize the personnel selection procedures in hospitals for short-dated proxies in need of the skills shortages. The basis for this optimizing is an algorithm for matching parameters which help to bring firms and employees with needed skills together.
