it is found that the results presenting in this paper titled "Detection of Moving Cast Shadow using Pixel and Texture" are almost consistent with those of paper presented in PSIVT2015. That author raised an issue regarding this. We verified it and accepted that we have not done a proper literature survey and not cite that paper also.
